Sessions are held via video call, and always start with a thorough needs analysis to gain an understanding of what support you require. Using my experience in the industry, as well as evidence based psychological knowledge I work with you to set, and more importantly reach your business and cake goals.
Don’t like commitment?
Not to worry, rather than the usual plan structure, your coaching can work on a pay as you go basis so you can book as many or as few sessions as your feel you need.
